5.4 We reserve the right, at our discretion, to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe it is being misused or compromised.

6. Product information and availability

6.1 We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images and ingredient lists on the Website are accurate and up to date. However, minor variations in colour, texture, scent, packaging or formulation may occur.

6.2 Availability of products is not guaranteed. Products may be limited in quantity, discontinued or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. If we are unable to fulfil all or part of your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative, split shipment or refund of the unavailable items.

6.3 Nothing on the Website is intended as medical advice, a diagnosis, prescription or treatment recommendation. Please see Section 13 for our Product Safety, Non‑Medical Status and Use at Your Own Discretion Disclaimer.

7. Pricing, charges and promotions

7.1 All prices displayed on the Website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

7.2 We reserve the right to change prices and running promotions at any time without notice, provided that the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you submit your order and we accept it.

7.3 From time to time we may offer discount codes, coupons or promotional offers which will be subject to their own terms, including validity dates, exclusions and usage limits. We may decline to honour any promotion that we reasonably suspect is being abused.

8. Ordering process and formation of contract

8.1 When you submit an order on the Website, you make an offer to purchase the selected products from us on these Terms and Conditions.

8.2 A legally binding contract is only formed once:

  • you have completed the online checkout process and provided accurate delivery and contact details;

  • you have paid the full order amount using a payment method accepted on the Website; and

  • we have accepted your order, either by confirming acceptance or by starting to dispatch the products.

8.3 We may decline or cancel an order in whole or in part (with a refund where you have already paid) if:

  • the product is out of stock or discontinued;

  • your payment is not authorised or fails;

  • we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or misrepresentation; or

  • there is an obvious error in price or description.

9.1 Payment methods will be indicated at checkout and may include card payments, instant electronic funds transfer or other secure online payment gateways operated by third‑party service providers.

9.2 By submitting your payment details you authorise us and our payment processors to debit the order total from your chosen payment method.

9.3 We do not store your full card details. Card transactions are encrypted and processed over secure gateways operated by third‑party payment providers.

10. Delivery, shipping and minimum order value

10.1 We currently deliver within the Republic of South Africa only, using courier partners selected by us.

10.2 Standard courier delivery is charged at a flat rate of R50 per eligible order, unless otherwise stated.

10.3 We apply a minimum order value of R250 per order (after discounts and before delivery fees). If the minimum order value changes, the updated value will be displayed during checkout.

10.4 Estimated delivery timeframes, delivery areas and any applicable surcharges will be indicated on the Website or during checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, load‑shedding, strikes, weather or public holidays.

10.5 You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete details, or repeated failed delivery attempts not caused by us or our courier, we may charge you a reasonable redelivery fee.

11. Risk and ownership

11.1 Risk in the products passes to you once the products are delivered to the delivery address you provided, or to the person who accepts delivery on your behalf.

11.2 Ownership of the products passes to you only once we have received full payment in cleared funds.

12. Returns, refunds and money‑back guarantee

12.1 Our detailed Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of and is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. It explains your rights and our procedures in relation to:

  • change‑of‑mind returns;

  • defective or damaged goods;

  • returns under applicable laws; and

  • our voluntary money‑back guarantee.

12.2 In summary, and subject to the full Returns and Refunds Policy:

  • You may in certain circumstances return unopened products within a specified period, provided they are in resaleable condition and meet hygiene requirements.

  • If products are materially defective, unsafe or not of acceptable quality, you have remedies set out in applicable consumer laws.

  • For eligible products, we offer a voluntary money‑back guarantee which is separate from and in addition to your statutory rights.

12.3 The voluntary money‑back guarantee is strictly limited as follows:

12.3.1 The guarantee applies to one unit only per household and per first‑time purchase of a specific product.

12.3.2 Any order containing more than one unit of the same product is considered a bulk purchase. For bulk purchases:

  • Only one opened unit of that product may be refunded under the money‑back guarantee.

  • All additional units of that product must be returned unopened and in resaleable condition to qualify for a refund.

12.3.3 For standard bulk returns that are not based on a defect claim under the law, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

12.3.4 For money‑back guarantee claims, we reserve the right to request the return of the product at our cost before issuing a refund. If we exercise this right, we will arrange and pay for collection.

12.3.5 We reserve the right to decline refunds under the voluntary guarantee where there is reasonable evidence of misuse of the product, failure to follow usage instructions, repeated refund requests, or other abuse of the guarantee.

12.4 Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights in respect of defective or unsafe goods.

13. Product safety, non‑medical status and use at your own discretion

13.1 Our products are sold as cosmetic, wellness and lifestyle products (for example, body sprays, balms, oils, creams and insect or mosquito repellents intended to be applied to the skin or used in the home). They are not sold as medicines, medical treatments, medical devices or professional therapies.

13.2 Unless we expressly state otherwise on the packaging of a particular product, our products have not been evaluated or approved as medicines or medical treatments by any regulatory authority. We do not claim that any product is medically certified or that it will prevent, diagnose, treat or cure any disease or health condition.

13.3 Any descriptions of effects (for example “soothing”, “calming”, “hydrating”, “repellent”, “protective” or similar wording) are general descriptions only and are not medical claims or guarantees of performance. Results can vary from person to person.

13.4 All information on the Website, on social media and on our packaging, including any usage tips or suggestions, is provided for general information purposes only. It does not constitute medical, pharmaceutical or other professional advice and should not be relied on as such. You must always consult a suitably qualified healthcare professional about any health concerns, allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding or the use of any product together with other medicines or treatments.

13.5 Products intended for use on the skin, including sprays, balms and repellents, must be used strictly in accordance with the instructions and warnings on the label and on the Website. Without limiting the generality of this:

13.5.1 as a general precaution with any new cosmetic or topical product, it is advisable to perform a patch test on a small area of non‑sensitive skin (for example, the inner forearm) before first full use, especially if you have sensitive or allergy‑prone skin;
13.5.2 you must not use products on broken, irritated or infected skin unless the label specifically states that it is safe to do so;
13.5.3 you must avoid contact with the eyes, mouth and mucous membranes and must not inhale sprays directly.

13.6 You are responsible for checking the ingredient list of each product and for deciding whether it is appropriate for your skin, health, home and circumstances. If you are unsure, you must consult a healthcare professional before use.

13.7 If you experience any redness, burning, itching, swelling, rash, breathing difficulty or any other adverse reaction, you must stop using the product immediately, rinse the affected area with clean water where appropriate and seek medical advice without delay.

13.8 To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to your non‑waivable statutory rights in respect of unsafe or defective goods, you:

13.8.1 purchase and use our products voluntarily and at your own discretion; and
13.8.2 accept that it is your responsibility to ensure that any product is suitable for your own skin, health and environment, and to follow all instructions and warnings carefully.

13.9 Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have in law where a product is unsafe or defective, or to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

14.1 You agree not to use the Website:

14.1.1 for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
14.1.2 to upload or transmit any viruses, malware or other harmful code;
14.1.3 to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Website or any network or systems connected to it;
14.1.4 to copy, reproduce, scrape, harvest or aggregate content or data from the Website in any automated way, except as allowed by us; or
14.1.5 to post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, harassing, infringing or otherwise unlawful.

14.2 We may, without notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Website if we reasonably believe you are misusing it or violating these Terms.

15. Intellectual property

15.1 Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, product names, design elements and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

15.2 You may view, download for caching purposes and print pages from the Website for your own personal, non‑commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, sell or exploit any content from the Website without our prior written permission.

16. Third‑party services and links

16.1 The Website may contain references to third‑party websites or may make use of third‑party payment gateways, couriers, analytics, marketing or other service providers. These third parties are independent contractors and are not our agents unless we state otherwise.

16.2 We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security or availability of any third‑party websites or services and you use them at your own risk.

17. Limitation of liability

17.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject always to your non‑waivable rights under applicable consumer laws, we will not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with:

17.1.1 your use of, or inability to use, the Website;
17.1.2 any errors or omissions in content on the Website;
17.1.3 any delays, interruptions or unavailability of the Website;
17.1.4 any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or
17.1.5 any products purchased from us, except as expressly provided in law and in Section 13 in relation to unsafe or defective goods.

17.2 Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with a specific order will not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for that order, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.

17.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. Indemnity

18.1 To the fullest extent permissible in law, you indemnify and hold us, our directors, employees, contractors, agents and service providers harmless against any loss, damage, liability, claim or costs (including reasonable legal costs) arising from:

18.1.1 your breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Returns and Refunds Policy or the Privacy Policy;
18.1.2 your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
18.1.3 your misuse of the Website or products.

18.2 This indemnity does not apply where the loss is caused by our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

19. Privacy and cookies

19.1 We process your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

19.2 By using the Website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to our processing of your personal information as described there where a lawful basis for processing is consent.

19.3 The Website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience, remember your preferences and collect analytics data. 20. Governing law and jurisdiction

20.1 These Terms and Conditions, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

20.2 Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the Website or any order will be subject to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

20.3 Nothing in this clause prevents you from approaching any tribunal or forum with jurisdiction under applicable law.

21. Changes to these Terms

21.1 We may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time in our discretion. The latest version will be made available on the Website with an updated “Last updated” date.
